For international customers, please be aware there may be local customs, duties, and/or taxes that need to be paid before your package is delivered. Jiji + Jo Handcrafted is not made aware of these charges prior to shipping and therefore, the customer is responsible for these additional costs.
When we ship your parcel, it will have a tracking number that will be sent to you via e-mail. Since our primary carrier is the United States Postal Service, it is traceable on www.usps.com until the shipment leaves the United States. While in transit, the parcel may not be traceable right away until it reaches its destination country. We recommend contacting your local post with your given tracking number to track your parcel once it arrives in your country.
Production Times
Creating by hand takes time. All of our items are made to order and can be shipped out within 2 - 3 days of purchase. Some can be made faster than others. If a piece takes a bit longer to create, we will communicate with you by email.
