Returns + Exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase from Jiji + Jo Handcrafted.  If for any reason you are not, this is our procedure:
(1) Contact us directly (at and allow us to try to resolve any issue you may have. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days upon receipt of your order and items must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging when sent.  Customized and/or special orders cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable.
(2) Upon our acknowledgment of your intent to return, we will email specific instructions on how to return the item.  Unfortunately, we are not a big box store and we do not provide return labels.  The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. 
We definitely recommend using a traceable carrier (like USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation or USPS Priority Mail) so you are able to track your parcel as it is en route back to us.  Jiji + Jo Handcrafted is not responsible for any parcels lost in transit as we are not the shipping company. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 



    Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you of our receipt of your returned item.  If approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.  Please allow refunds to process within 24 - 72 hours.  

    Sale Items

    All sales are final.  Sorry, sale items may not be refunded. 


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please refer to the return policy above for our procedure.
